Yes, they appear to be helping, I was going to give it a month to see if they helped . Some days are better than others. Getting used to the gel takes a bit of getting used to as it was making my back hurt. I assume that is realigning my foot and so the same for my back. But so far I am really very pleased with them. I have recommended them to my sons girlfriend . I will also tell anyone who says they have a foot problem.
